Interesting colonial building

Room 311 has a sea view. Nice service. Decent breakfast. Good wifi.

AC went out and we were moved to a tiny room. No AC in bathroom and no mirrors in the room. Hard to get ready when dripping sweat. It's hot in Cartagena! I also paid 20 usd for a small grocery bag of laundry.

i got 40€ overcharged!

the location was okay the staff was friendly - but didn’t speak any english.

-we got massively overcharged! instead of 120€ we got charged 163€ without further notice. the hotel itself is very old and dated. everything is kinda grubby and shabby. 120€ would’ve been expensive for this hotel but 163€ is a rip-off! every hostel in cartagena is a better choice! -it is very loud -the wifi is slow and it was a burden to get the right password! i really don’t recommend this hotel!

Reasonably priced with a good location.

My second stay I had a large and lovely room with large balcony and view of the ocean. this place is very historic and is very much original. There is an arts school at the location which makes it unique.

I would have liked to be able to learn more about the history of the building.

The facilities are breathtaking: art, history, and relaxation. A beautiful place to stay. The room was a bit too small but I was a solo traveler.

Breakfast could have more options. The staff always helpful, but specially you noticed the willingness to help from the guy working the night shift.

The place has amazing potential, but the worst room I have ever stayed in.

The building is located in a nice neighborhood with many place to eat, shop and place to see. The building is beautiful and has amazing potential.

The room I was given was horrible. I am OK with a outdated room, but it was very small and dirty, the floor was coming apart, the ceiling was falling apart and flaking onto the floor, the towels I was given were dirty. One of the days, nobody even came to change towels or clean the room. The main hallways were dirty and looked like they had not been cleaned in some time.

Amazing building in perfect location but bring ear plugs.

Huge beautiful historic building with a huge internal courtyard in a great central location. As it is also a gallery there are art displays and concerts going on all the time in the communal areas of the building. Room was clean and good air con.

The room windows are facing an internal corridor and they cannot be closed properly as they are glass shutter windows with little gaps between the glass for air circulation. As a result you can hear everything when people are walking along the corridor or in the common areas. I was on the 3rd floor and there was also a common terrace with tables and chairs, one evening people were on the terrace talking late into the night and I was unable to sleep until they left.

la ubicación dentro del sector amurallado. En el hotel también funciona un colegio, concepto que puede resultar interesante. Es una edificación fresca, pese al calor que hace en Cartagena. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero suficientes, tiene parqueadero no cubierto

el desayuno debería ser mejor por el precio. Es desayuno americano que resulta demasiado sencillo

El desayuno es poco variado. Siempre es lo mismo

Pasé 2 noches. La 1a me alojaron en una habitación (302, creo), que no corresponde siquiera a un hotel de una estrella: muy estrecha (3,5 x 3,5 metros), baño maloliente, mal mantenida, sucia. Exigí cambio para la 2a noche y me cambiaron a otra habitación más grande (314), en mejor estado.

La estructura física de las habitaciones deberían mejorar y aislar la zona acústica mente y las ventanas colocar persianas o cortina para atenuar la iluminación en las habitaciones

Buena ubicación

Lo bueno del lugar es la ubicación y la galería que tiene llena de plantas y tranquilidad.

Una noche espiritual en Cartagena

Sin lugar a dudas es un espacio con encantto que destaca de los demás y poder decir eso en Cartagena es especialmente un factor a destacar. Si buscas los lujos de un hotel en Cartagena este no es tu espacio pero si buscas un espacio diferente que poder comentar con la gente a tu regreso sin duda tienes que pasar por este lugar. El desayuno es ejecutivo pero rico. Recomendable pasear por la noche por las instalaciones

La señal de wifi es mala... tienen muchas redes y casi ninguna llega bien a las habitaciones, sucede lo mismo con la señal de teléfono ... mucho operadores no consiguen penetrar los muros de este hotel

El desayuno muy escaso , la habitación no es la que muestran en fotos , mide 2x2 , agua caliente no hay , la cama hacia ruidos por todos lados todo muy deteriorado ,realmente muy malo en cuanto a precio calidad , no aconsejo hospedarse ya que no es lo que muestran por fotos

Las imágenes no mostraban la realidad del producto.

El desayuno fue lo único que se salvó en la experiencia. Las zonas comunes y la arquitectura antigua.

La habitacion es de 2x2 metros. Las almohadas estan percudidas. Las paredes sucias, el blackout manchado e inservible, huele demasiado a humedad, el minisplit no enfría y algo averiado, el desague del aire acondicionado cae en la ducha, el televisor es muy pequeño y la atención que recibimos no fue la mejor o por lo menos la que hemos recibido en otros hoteles. La cama super incómoda.
